The typical human foot is an anatomical marvel of evolution with 26 bones, 33 joints, 20 muscles and hundreds of sensory receptors, tendons and ligaments. Like the rest of the body, to keep our feet healthy, they need to be stimulated and exercised.
Originally the Locey's Shoe Store, our store was bought by Brown's Shoe Fit Company in 1962 and has been at two different locations, both in the heart of downtown Visalia. We are currently located at 201 West Main Street.

Dansko is an employee-owned company based in Pennsylvania. We are not driven by financial goals, but rather by a desire to exceed expectations – be it those of our retailers, consumers or manufacturing partners. We are probably best known for the classic rocker-bottom stapled clog that made us famous, we now carry men's, women's, and kid's shoes in a variety of styles including heels, boots, flats and wedges!
For more than a decade, Born has been redefining casual footwear for discerning women and men.
Our combination of handcrafted styles, premium leathers and fine details have attracted an intensely loyal following. Today, our works of art are a way of life for Born enthusiasts everywhere.
